I have drone too. Bugs the $hit out of me. I think I know what the issue is though. (I know the resonators won't help drone.)
The exhaust is contacting the cross plate right behind where your resonators are mounted. I am going to see if I can move the exhaust up... if not, I will space the plate down as needed.

Thanks again for the pics. Any chance of posting a sound clip?

Bill
I will try to get a video for you when I get a chance tomorrow...I have to say one thing that the rasp is totally gone from my car and the level of drone seemed to be muffled and gone......I think the location where I have those resonators installed helps with the droning because there is a big space there before where the exhaust pipes can vibrate and create like a echo effect and pulsate through into the cabin...with these resonators in that location, I think the sound and vibration is supressed and muffed out by the insulating fiberglass (or whatever they used to pack the resonators with)...I honestly didn't hear any drone coming home from the exhaust shop..

Thanks. I'll most likely buy them anyways, as I am doing DP's later this month, and I think the exhaust now is just a tad too loud.

Started the car today at it was really cold outside, and to my surprise the cold start up was not even loud at all....I tried to video it, but my camera had the wrong memory card in there and didn't have enough memory to video the startup.....It sounded like before I even changed out to catless Dps...It was so tame that my wife was actually pretty happy with the sound compared to before...WOW....Took the car on the highway today and it sounds perfect....Nice meaty throaty sound with no drone!!! I am in awe with the sound now!! Car runs nice with it being catless and now the sound compliments the power....no more raspy HONDA CIVIC noises coming out occasionally anymore!!!

I will try to get a video tomorrow on the next cold startup...

My future S/O will have to love LOUD....cause I have a whole lot of it. The Vette has dual 3" straight pipes coming off the GT30Rs....

Sorry I couldn't get you the video this morning....tried but the wrong memory card was in there and not enough memory to take video....I will take it tomorrow for you again, but I am telling you that it wasn't even screaming loud now at all compared to before...Its pretty sick how a resonator can tune the sound of an exhaust....I didn't think it would work until after firing her up after the install, but I still feel that the location that my resonators are installed has alot to do with it to even quiet down the drone to almost nothing...

You should know that I am anal with my car as I know you are with yours, I would not recommend anything unless it passes my approval....Its really night and day....but if you have to wait to hear mine, it might be awhile before I even see you...but speaking to Kevin he said yours rasp as hell and this will eliminate it, but thats just my suggestion because you might like the sound of your exhaust.....Classy modded cars like BMW should never show any signs of RASP IMHO

Does the resonators take time for it to break in? After a long drive home from work today I noticed the exhaust note a little weird for a second or two about 10 minutes into driving the car sounded like it was clogged a little and started to fart a little, and then it cleared out and then it sounded normal again.....Got home and saw some cotton ball material along side the inner tips of the exhaust....Looked into the exhaust pipe and saw like a film of this cotton like (fiberglass) material...Scraped it off and it looks like the stuff that you take out of a dryer filter that removes lint!!! Is this normal break in for installing resonators? The sound of the exhaust is still the same and nothing has changed, its still nice and throaty like yesterday and no rasp...Just wondering what the hell is laundry lint doing in my exhaust tailpipes????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
