2008 BMW 328I Coupe Buyback - Thoughts?

I know many people have asked if purchasing a buyback car is a good idea... but I think you need to look at it case by case.

So found a 08 BMW 328i Coupe with 26k miles (comes with premium sport package and factory warranty still good)

Service history shows BMW bought it back in CA and replaced the brakes and rotors. Other than that the service history is good.

Is this a good deal?

Plan on keeping it for a while so not concerned about resale value.
interested on knowing why it got bought back.

328s are rare in the buyback department.

Brakes and rotors? Doubt it had the same issue my 335 did.

correct me if im wrong but 328s have smaller brakes than the 335 right?

Not sure if it has smaller brakes.

I have contacted BMW USA to see if they can shed more light on the subject but no response as yet. Talked to BMW rep and they provided the VIN history.

The brakes, rotors and sensors were changed due to brake concerns. No further info.

Do you think the price is good? Seems high for a buyback
