dyed leather from black to E46 M3 cinnamon
I have a blog going on in the picture gallery section of the forums, but thought I'd share it here too:
Parts needed: 2000 grit sandpaper Leatherique dye (32oz) or Leatherique kit #4 Graco 3900 HVLP paint gun Pictures are in this order: 1) Prep 2) 1st coat 3) 2nd coat 4) final coat And yes, this will last for at least 2 years from my previous dye job with my E46 M3 before I traded it in Yes, the surface feels like real leather Yes, it retains the OEM leather smell Yes, I would do it again if given to option

Cinnamon would look great on any gray exterior
Thanks guys, I keep getting compliments on my seats @ work, even though they are only half installed and missing some pieces. They really do look and feel OEM, i would recommend this project.

-paint gun is from lowes. It's a GRACO 3900 HVLP for $149.99
-DIY is easy http://leatherique.com/do_it_your_se...e_leather.html -I don't want the liability of accidentally messing up another persons seats so I'd rather not do this for anyone.

excuse the "dirty" (for space gray) car, it was raining all of last week. I'm not 100% done yet, I still need to do the door skins and rear arm rest, which is why I don't have more 'done' pictures.

yes ladies and gents, thats parchment paper on the front seats, i don't want to risk the upper and lower portions of the front seat contacting each other when I fold the seats forward before it cures, otherwise it could be disastrous.

www.leatherique.com color code BMW cinnamon 2092. You can actually order just about any interior color so long as you have the color code and manufacture. I may redo it in a more racy color if I grow tired of the burn't orange look of cinnamon 2092 (there are two styles of BMW cinnamon, one's saddle/orange, the other one is a dark tan/brown)
