Hello everyone
I purchased used bms meth 2.3 trunk set up I'm having issue pump won't turn on when I'm trying prime it readed n follow bms DIY n nothing

I've gone through all the connection on fsb more then three times making sure everything was connected properly n all my ground is working

I have bms jb4 g5 board
Bench test the pump n it works
Checked orange wire to #2pin
Checked blue wire to #15 pin
Checked pump red wire n 1 of cooling mist solenoid wire connected to the red wire fsb
Checked black fsb is grounded
Checked green fsb ground wire wired to remaining cooling mist solenoid wire
Checked fsb power wire connected jb4 power wire
N yes red pump wire n ground wire is connected to the pump
N also fsb box it lit up red when ignition is on

Updated the jb4 methanol setup to meth flow scaling 60 n meth boost additive 40
Did 7/5 option with ignition on n gas pedal to floor to activate the pump n nothing

Can anyone point me right direction thanks

Did you check the 3 amp fuse on the fsb? Those tend to pop.

I Checked that also hasn't blown

I figured it out the 7/5 option on jb4 with ignition on and gas pedal to floor I was exiting out instead staying on it to prime the pump

Try this: set the additive to 5 or 10 and go driving around (80% throttle) with the nozzle aimed at your windshield to see if it will prime while driving
