"Raising" rear suspension?

Could not find any info in relate to my need.

I live in an apartment building which has a steep incline into the garage, every time when I pull in or out I ended up scraping either the bottom close to driver side rear or the tail pipe. Any easy way to raise the rear just a little? like an inch? Also I noticed that sometime the driver side is LOWER than the passenger side? I know people have problems when the passenger side is lower but counting the weight of the driver and fuel it should balanced out. Sometimes the space between wheel and body panel is half an inch and sometimes its 1 inch. Anyone have the same problem ?

There really isn't a good way to raise the car. Have you tried approaching at different angles?
