torque wrench?
I had one of those old style torque wrenches which i bought from Canadian tire a couple years ago (with the dial and needle), and it just broke. need to get a new one .
Where can i get a decent torque wrench for a low price? Last edited by abhishriv; 11-06-2012 at 01:42 PM.. |

That's not a mastercraft maximum. I recently bought my maximum torque wrench for much less than that.. MSRP regular price is close to $200

Im pretty sure that all canadian tire tools have a life time guarantee (no receipt requied) as long as they have the mastercraft stamp on them, just get a new for free
Thats what I do when my wratchets/wrenches break |

Yes, Mastercraft should have a no fuss exchange policy.
I've been using the powerfist torque wrench for years, both 3/8" and 1/2". I have them calibrated once a year and its always within spec. |

if it doesnt work, try another store. check the packaging at the store and see if it's lifetime warranty i thought canadian tire mastercraft torque wrenches are lifetime warranty. |

I use a jet equipment 1/2 drive torque wrench. Paid around $100 but the quality is excellent. The tricky thing is that the internals of the wrench are warrantied for a year but the rest of the wrench is lifetime. CT brand might be similar. I bought a cheap chinese one that broke the first time I used it. Buy quality and buy once I say.
