Nurburing "ring racer"

Has anyone rode this roller coaster yet. Supposedly it runs parallel to the track. Any information in this thread would be useful. More of a reason to visit the ring.

i don't think anyone has. It seems to be constantly being worked on. There are so many bugs with the new Ring Werk park and they are way over budget. Not good timing considering the economy. Besides, the best roller coaster ride in the world is already there. nothing like the nordschleife. It should be all the reason a gear head would need.

I rode it at the German F1 last year. It was running the whole weekend. Neat idea, but the ride was meh, especially considering the real ring is better!

Why not just take the ring taxi (M5)? That's what I had planned on doing when I was in Germany last summer, but they were booked...

Saw a video of it on YouTube and I think it may just be the worst ride I've ever seen.
