you should easily be able to identify whose spot it is by going to the management office.
Take some pics of the damage on your door, take some pics of the marks left behing on your parking spot neighbors door (if applicable) and wa-laa show them the proof you have and tell them you are calling the police to investigate. Hopefully that will scare them into working something out. Otherwise just call the cops and let them and your insurance handle it.
unfortunately my second parking spot is open for jackasses to pass through. My other one is easy to locate the offender but the one that people can just go through, it can be just about anybody passing through and swiped my car. (just my luck)

Wow dude, you got me even more paranoid than I usually am. I live right in greenlawn so I'm not that far away from you. Holy crap man, I'm in total disbelief right now to see that anything like this could happen in our area since its soooo quiet. I guess she stays in the garage from now on.

Its funny but I just learned this in my Psych 2 class. The "Bystander Effect".

Your neighbor deserves something for her good actions.

good thing no damage was done.

Wood or Aluminum?

...and don't worry. If you went to jail, we'd all come and visit you.

You guys make me glad I've got almost no chance of getting my car stolen. I work in a small office with only about 10 cars max in the parking lot, and mine is right under the window at all times, and at my apartment I have a garage.

Probably for the better. I don't trust most jackasses these days not to key your car just because you have a nice car. I don't get that at all. What goes through your mind to make you say "They have a nice car that I don't have, I think I'll prove my displeasure by scratching their paint with my key!". Ugh, I've lost all faith in our society today.

Edit: *knocking on wood after saying that* Otherwise my car will be THE one that gets stolen.
