Those numbers are insane. Quick question. Was that slight lag at 25mph turbo lag, transmission, or did you spin the tires?

Do you have a link to your 60-130 with this car? With and without nitrous.

Best 60-130 I got in this car is 7.6 seconds. Under the same conditions, the coupe would have been a full second quicker.

I don't have much traction, so when I launch in 2nd gear, I actually let off the throttle briefly and reapply it again, otherwise the tires would just spin.

Remember, I also get consistent 3.5 second 0-60s without nitrous.

Wish I knew why. The coupe on nitrous was FAST. Solid 133mph traps on the VBox (not Sac), at level runs. On a smaller 028 jet, and CM5 instead of a CM10! It ran a 6.95 sec 60-130 on a level run. Compared to a lot of these cars that run on up to a 2%+ decline...the coupe would have run in the Mid 6 second range on a decline. My sedan easily picks up .5 second on a decline. 7.6 seconds compared to 8.x seconds. Any car running in the 6's in the 60-130 on a level run is probably trapping over 130mph!

Don't know what makes the sedan so much less efficient on N20, new DME software? The JB3/JB4 change, I doubt it. Wish I knew the answer. By looking at other cars results, I think the sedan numbers are more of what can be expected with nitrous. The coupe was remarkable.

Too bad a LSD has got to be one of the biggest PIA to install.

Although I agree that it should come with one, it's not that much of a PITA to install. Well, I actually paid for the install but it only cost me $450. Not bad at all. Yes, I'm bolted.

BTW, I'm nearly done (if there's such a thing) with mods. Just need a couple things. When done, will have LSD, DCI, V5, ETS FMIC, Vishnu Meth. If I run 100 octane +100% meth, you think I'd get even better numbers than you?! (e92 AT)

Im not sure how much the intercooler will help. I know when I install/remove the downpipes, the increase was negligible on my car. However, I think a rear cat back system would be good just for the weight savings alone. If these mods would get me to 125mph traps, that would be pretty amazing Z06 beating numbers without nitrous.

These Vbox numbers are absolutely repeatable at the track, I have done it time after time. And many people have brought the Vbox to the track to substantiate this. The Vbox almost aways rounds up to a SLOWER ET than the track. The worse the DA is though. the lower your traps will be. So these numbers can be had at any of the tracks around the country near sea level.

Fontana won't do it. It's one of the worst in the country....up hill (ever wonder why Motor Trend always tests going in opposite East to West direction with their Vbox?) Usually a headwind, and terrible DA. Sure its fine if everyone tested there on the same day...but you surely won't get record numbers there.

If I can get the car down to 11.2-11.3 on these soft street launches....10's at the track should be likely...

Its a Nitrous Express Bottle and solenoid. Generic pushbutton switch, ran through the JB4 for failsafes with settings for min AFR, min Timing, rpm min/max, WOT enable,

...see post #31 for car details...

You can go with an elaborate system if you want, I just kind of stick with the basics though.

FYI: Tonight I might throw on the NT01Rs and go up to the 042 jet I just purchased..... 130mph traps perhaps??
