Cobb v202 results
Same set up as last week. Same weight slightly higher DA of 1700ish.
Still at the track but talk about the car being consistent trap wise. The et all depends on me getting off the line which I'm doing ok. Maybe a 1.8 and ill hit a 12.59.... |

Did you just have the one run from last week? This week you had slower trap speeds and runs than the slip posted.
Taking the difference in conditions (higher DA) into consideration, do you think the new maps had any influence or was it purely the conditions? Oh yeah and including this again for good measure: |

Usually ran 1.9 60s with all the pollen at the track a 1.8 was impossible on street tires. Def not interested in running drag radials or slicks. I like my axles and clutch just the way they are.

yea thats not bad for a 2.0 60ft. consistent 111 trap is nice. mod list? im hoping to try my xi at the track at least once this spring/summer. hopefully by then i will be cobb stage 2 with full bolt ons and pump gas. i used to cut 1.6's with my sti awd launch on street tires without even having to mess with the tire pressure but not sure what these xi's can do and it won't help that mine will be on 19's. bling bling...derp

I am starting to think people don't understand times in street trim form. It blows my mind when people compare people's runs on DR / Slicks to street trim. Everyone has different priorities and chris and I are of the group that we want to see what our car does the way we drive it every day.
These runs are great IMHO. Low boost (14.6 down to 12s at redline) and trapping 111 on pump gas off the shelf map. Consistently. Its incredible what real tuning principles and doing things rihgt can do lol. Now give us ATR so we can run the boost and timing values we want and watch these traps rise |

Keep in mind I am a 6mt car and auto should have no problem going 12.5 daily driven on pump which is pretty good imo.
Some.cars I went against to give you an idea of conditions. 09 z06 11.4 at 123 wheels headers intake. 99 ls1 camaro auto w exhaust lid and some kinda tune. 13.3 at 106 06 sti. Fully built on a 20g running e85.12.6 at 120 10 wrx...stock I think. 14.2 at 97 06 ls2 auto goat stock. 13.2 at 106 |

The sti driver cut a 2.2 60 as it was his first time out after getting a new clutch put in. Car was real clean and he was worried about ruining the transmission as he mentioned they ate very weak.
