En route question
For the people who ordered there car. How long did it take your car from being finished with production to actually getting on to a boat? My cars been done since the April 2, and its the 13th and its still waiting for a vessel.. I hate this. haha. Ive just read that it usually takes like 8-10 days. I swear my car better not be waiting there for 2-3 weeks. ahhh
thanks

This won't make things go faster, but here is the schedule for vehicle-carrier ships departing Bremerhaven to Port Hueneme for the months of April and May. If your car isn't on a ship already (could the computer status be lagging??), it will be on one of the ships whose departure is coming up.
The port of Hueneme schedule also shows Alioth Leader due into port on May 10. That ship must not be coming from Bremerhaven; maybe BMW South Africa?? The schedule shows it has BMWs onboard. |

I waited about 8 days to ship after production was completed. Independence II sailed on the 20th and my car was produced by the 12th. The OC and 1-800 didn't update the status until the 24th. Now I'm at the VPC in South Carolina.

Mine has been at the port since 4/4. Also coming to the Bay Area via Hueneme. The 800 line and OC still show "awaiting transport" and no other updates are available. Hopefully it made the one on 4/13, otherwise it looks like the 4/21.
Thanks for posting that schedule BTW. <edit> Just happened to check the WW lines against my VIN and it made the Isolde that left on the 11th!! So for the other guy in the Bay, you likely made it also. It booked on the 8th, loaded on the 9th and sailed on the 11th.

All aboard Isolde. I followed her last voyage and was impressed with her speed. Here's what I had on her:
http://www.walleniuslines.com/doc_upload/Isolde.pdf or follow her here: http://schedule.2wglobal.com/AppSche...esselSearch.do The ship tracker guys can go off and catch her every move but surely she will arrive and your cars will be delivered.
