Need experienced BMW tech for Turbo install, will pay $$

Looking for an experienced mechanic that can help me swap out my blown turbos on my n54 motor. Pm me and let me know if you can help. Trying to avoid shop rates and would rather pay individual the $$ and some beer!

PS. To make things easier, I am military and have access to the on base auto shop with lift and tools to use!!

Let me know, trying to get this done soon. I live in the Alexandria/Arlington, VA area.
