Hey guys,

I'm new to the mod game, so I'm curious about what some of the veterans think about the trends on part pricing.

The CF M3 Hood for the E46 is currently more expensive than the E90... Reference:

Do you think this is because there is more to the E46 hood than the E90 hood, or do you think that parts for older cars tend to go up in price after they become older an less in demand?

Or is it just that the E46 is still more popular than the sedan E90?

Basically, I'm trying to give all you guys out there another excuse to go ahead and buy that part now since the prices might go up!

Is that true?

Looks like the e46 hood is a more complex piece to make, especially integrating the kidney area.
