Keep up the good work mate!

Did you use Eric's (Boost Bro's) jig for the manifold? Would love to see pics!!

Yeah I did. Just changed a few things to suit my setup. Bigger turbo and what not.

That m3 is cool but I assume I should be able to out 60 foot him without breaking the driveshaft as the glide will be much more forgiving.
I really do want front runners but I need a highway capable tire. Street car after all.

Yeah i can see the driveshafts letting go fairly easily mate (high stall, sticky slicks, locked diff = twisted shafts)
The manual shafts are apparently ever so slightly stronger, and also the later model Auto shafts and stronger than the earlier ones.
The chassis will handle the power just fine.
Im hitting the strip tomorrow in 1 of my Rana's, cant wait!

Heath, I hope the weather fines up for you tomorrow night. The Torana looks great. What times are you hoping for?

Thanks mate. Yeah im checking there weather report hourly lol. It says only chance on 1mm rain tomorrow (fingers crossed). Im hoping for somewhere in the 10's, but who knows. Ive never launched this car so it will take me a while to figure out how to best get it off the line. Im also having a minor issue with the gearbox shifter cable being out of adjustment and its not going into gear the 1st time i select it, i hope i can get that soughted in the morning

Dramas on the Dyno with Mac valve not working. So only run 17psi. Instead of 30 lol.
So down on power hardcore. But it managed a decent time on gate pressure so when I fix the boost it should become much faster haha

Cool build. I tried to code the brake safety to my manual as an anti-theft device and couldn't get it to work so if you got it let me know (assuming you coded this as a manual for the trans).

I'd say something like 'merica for the 2-speed choice, but maybe 'stralia is better? Good luck with the build mate!

Yeah I don't think it's going to work, honestly will not take the coding, shitbox.

But having said that, I'll just run the brake light switch to a relay that I'll run inbetween the "clutch switch" inhibitor I have and then it will work.

There is always a way!

Still stuck on the stupid reverse lights and deleting cornering lights, can't work that out just yet, mind you I've been a touch busy so haven't really had that much time to look into it.

How much boost are you expecting to see at 4000rpm with that turbo?
This could get serious fast with right combo between turbo/box/diff gears/tyre size

I found your best time on the Willowbank website was a 11.096s @ 124mph. At 17psi boost that is an excellent time. What was your 60' time for that run?
