Window streaking!
My front window on my 3 month old 320 shows signs on a streak top to bottom all over,its definatly on the outside and proper annoying,its had the supagard on it so not sure if thats caused it ?any ideas?

Throw some pics up mate, probably the weather strip but hard to really comment without a picture.

The felt wiping strip where the glass goes down into the door on the outside edge.
If you get dirt / mould / bird shit in there it just streaks on the glass. Get an old toothbrush, or a small paintbrusg and rub back and forth on the strip where it touches the glass whilst gently pouring fresh water over it, should clean it up ok. Don't worry about water going inside the door, that's what the drains are for in the bottom of the door. Last edited by doughboy; 10-08-2012 at 04:30 AM.. |
