Slow Downshift from 5th to 4th

Has anyone else noticed that when in manual and downshifting from 5th to 4th take a few milliseconds longer that other gears?

A bit more clarification...

When on the throttle the downshift into 4th is quick but when off throttle it seems to lag.

FYI - Finally managed to fix this with a gearbox reset.
