Turbo Upgrade.

hey guys,
Want to upgrade from stock 335i turbo to something else any websites or shops that have upgrade kits.(twin turbo). Can anyone lead me in the rite direction please. Also after you have fitted the new turbos do you have to tune the car?

we need a turbo upgrade because one off the turbos is runing low on presure
so i thought why not get desent turbos instead one stock ones and my price rang is betwenn 1000 and 1700.

I wish i had that problem so I had an excuse to upgrade the turbos! Lol

I don't think you will get an upgraded turbo set for that price range mate.

budget on $4-5k if your going to get the work done (and that assumes you have supporting mod's already in place)

Unfortunately the N54 is no EJ20T when it comes to cheap and easy turbo upgrades!

I wouldn't do it WRX335, there's a thread were a guys tranny went. He has the RB turbo upgrade. Keep em stock don't think the tranny likes that kind of action.

How do you know that you have a turbo with low pressure

Sorry to say that your budget will only just cover the labour content what about the gaskets,oil,filter,coolent,tuning and then there is the turbo upgrade sorry but you are miles away.
Start thinking around $5-$5,500 for the RB set up, at the end of the day this is the price.
I have a set of turbos that have done 19,000km as new for $1500 ono if that helps.
