Squealing noise when hand brakes released! HELP!

Hello fellow members!

Get a squealing noise when I release handbrakes on my 07 sedan (Parked down on a slope, downhill). The noise appears to come from rear right brakes. It last abt 5-10 sec.

I have taken it to the dealer several times, and no luck. They either can't reproduce it or say they need to service my breaks for $199.00.

Last week, I got my breaks out, cleaned them and put them back. I still am able to reproduce the noise.

Have an appointment with dealer again, next week. Any Suggestions?
