The guy wraps a ton of Alcantara M-stitching wheels so i thought, someone would, at one point would of maybe bought or talked to the guy

Hes 35% of price of buying one new, just being overseas makes me weary because it if total POS, i have little recourse.

That's what PayPal's buyer protection is for. Ledermanz is another one based in EU and does top notch work.
