SSMB8 vs SWS8 with MS-8

Folks,

Will SSMB8 a fit for E60? Which one is better and preferred for all round underseats?

What will be crossover point for MS-8 for SSMB8 in L7 speakers are used all round.

I am buying SSMB8 anyway, not sure if worth the upgrade. If not I can always sell them. Decision time, please help.

Can't go wrong except that I can't speak to e60 fitment. I do know that the base audio required a larger spacer than HiFi audio housings.

200hz although you could try down to 150hz

Go with the ssmb8 if your going to add a trunk sub if not go with the sws8

Same holds true for the standard L7 underseats? Are they any different from SSMB8?

Rear sub at the mo is not possible

You mean the thicker spacer? How much room is required for excursion for SSMB8, SWS-8 max excursion is like 1.5" max. All the figures will add up togather, if too high then no go for me.

What is ssmb8's freq range in which they play the best? I heard SWS8 doesn't do good job above 80+, is there something similar type of figure for SSMB8?

SSMB is rated like 40 watt minimum to 170 watt, not sure if 100 watt will be sufficient? What you guys are running it from?

I preferred SWS-8 and happy with the results. Punchy bass.
