Weissenfel snow chains?
Hey all after dropping my summer wheels off at my folks (they have more storage) he has offered to buys us these chains on top. Anyone had any experience or reviews on them.
The link suggests that they do touch the alloys. http://www.snowchains.co.uk/snowchains/Weissenfels Clack and Go Pro Tech/

Depends on the wheel size, we couldn't get them for the 520d running 19's. The only route was socks.

Cheers creepy coupe,
17 inch alloys so they have the right size. Anyone have any experience of these chains? First time I fitted snow chains (no idea of the brand though) it took me and my brother 30 mins on a rental bmw. Gloves off as it was fiddely. Hands were bitterly cold by the end. Second time the job was done in under 5 mins. That was a learning curve!
