Depo's or blacklines?

Hi there.
Am looking to change my tail lights for one of the above, and am hoping to get some recommendations please. Choice is between OEM Blacklines, Depo clear lenses with red, or Depo smoked lenses with red, available on Bimmian.co.uk. My car is a Titan Silver pre LCI E90 SE. Would appreciate some photos if possible?
Also has anyone had any issues with their insurance companies with either of these lights?
