guys, it might be easy, but getting BMR on the case is cheaper than doing it yourself!

But seriously, in a nutshell:
1. Get the INPA cable
2. Get a laptop and download the required files
3. Arrange a time with him.
4. Plug your cable into the OBD port and your laptop
5. He remote connects into your laptop (need a stable wifi connection), setup the files (unless you do it yourself).
6. Give him a list of stuff you like him to code and he'll work it through your laptop.
7. Test it to confirm its all good once coding is completed.

Edit: I just took a stab at the above from my research months ago...just recollecting from memory.

Customer installs USB over IP software
I connect to their IP and my PC detects the cable like its in my computer
