change fog lamp bulbs

I don't have the budget for HID fog lamps.
but I want to replace the ugly yellow color of the fog bulbs to match my xenon.
What bulbs used in fog lamps? H11 or H4?
do they make 4500K or 6000k?
can someone suggest what brand name to buy please?

I'm using the Noyka Arctic White bulbs and they match 6000k HIDs nicely. You can probably find them on Ebay or even at your local asian car shops at no more than $40
