Let me shine a little light on the situation. This is how I see it. Stuff like the grills and mirror caps look best when they contrast with the rest of the car. I have space grey so I went with gloss black grills first to match my gloss black trim. Seeing as how your car is lmb you probably have an m sport and the black trim as well. Personally I'd do the brushed wrap on the mirrors and if you like it, experiment on a few other things like the grills. And if you still like it, I say roof wrap and diffusor. I think it could look great depending on other mods. Gloss black would just get lost in the dark lmb.

Have you thought about just a different shade of blue?

eh i thought about that when i first came up with the idea to wrap my mirrors, but i thought it would just look kind of weird because it would be enough of a change to look different. feel like a different shade of blue would just look my mirror caps paint faded super gnarly

[QUOTE=BMW Junge für Leben;11876569]so i have a lci lemans blue 355i sedan and am thinking of having my mirror caps painted rather silver or black. I'm kinda digging the silver idea cause havent seen it very often and would also match my hyper silver wheels.
my friend disagrees with me and say silver will look terrible and to go with black.

Tie breaker. GO[/QUOTE

I suggest you try CF mirror caps

They look black from a distance
Cf up close

Fully reversible
