I called this place a couple days ago and spoke with the receptionist. I asked her what their hourly rate was because I wanted to have my transmission dropped to have some clutch work done. She had no idea what their hourly rate and told me to hold on while she asked. After a few minutes on hold, she came back and said that someone would call me back to give me a better estimate. No one ever called me. I guess they figured my job wasn't worth their time.

My advice is to STAY AWAY from this place. If they don't value their potential customers, they aren't going to value the cars they work on.

Why should I have to do that? They opened the door to this when they posted a thread advertising their services on this forum. They have my number and could have called me back anytime, but they didn't. Not even after I posted in this thread.
