paypal has this buyer protection thing now, tell them you were unaware tracking numbers were only available to business and that you will do it different this time and ship with someone else who will get you a tracking as proof you are sending back. Show them pics of the bumper and everything. All the emails etc...but again CALL, dont chat with them

Yea but I didn't know GreyHound didn't let u see the tracking number. The asshole at GreyHound said "yea all u have to do is type in thetracking number online and you'll be able to see all the info and even see that u payed for the shipping cost". Didn't mention anything about me having to own a business...
