That is the tire size. Regular BMX bikes have 20 inch wheels. 20 is the rim size and 2.125 is the width. I changed plenty of them back in my day lol.

I used to ride BMX when I was younger...I miss those days.

You're lucky I'm even helping you...all those terrible things you said about my future wife...

thanks. yea I put it all together piece by piece it took me a while to find the matching forks. and the frame went up in price right after I got it, so I got lucky. I almost got tuffs but they were pricey I got mine for like $100 i think I don't remember. yes Tuffs are what all the retro bikes use.. check out this site it'll give you some ideas on what to do with your bike. that thing has potential http://bmxmuseum.com/
GT section...

Retro is sick! I was just offering a place for deals w/BMX deals!

Ebay is a good place to try and pickup some retro parts/components though.

I'm running no brakes at all. but If you want to remove the fronts swap the front forks to some without the little posts. It'll look better. and keep the rears you have. maybe new pads if they're old.

the pads are surprisingly in good condition. and i want the bike to look clean so ill see how it comes apart and if ill keep it. also for the fork, im thinking of just grinding the little pieces off but there might be a hole

also im doing a front peg delete. the pegs screw into the fork rather than the axle which i guess was good for the design but i dont want them anymore

are you sure you're turning it the right way? because on the right side for the pedals you have to do the opposite to the left. hope that made sense.
