recently i purchased a set of wheels form Baan Velgen well the service was nice at first but when i complaint about the problem it took quite a while for them to reply. 3 of the wheels are fine but one seemed to be damaged by the mounting not the courier which i have a videp proof for. i also paid for balancing which... was scattered all over the packaging.. now usually people would have them replaced but since i didnt want any more hassles of waiting and everything else i agreed with settling with repairing the wheels. and they still want me to document it first before paying. i believe im entitled to more that what i am just asking since i checked how much it would cost to repair and re balance the wheels i asked him only for 60 pounds or around $80. with the total cosing up to 5,500 the wheels and tires including the local importing tax i expected the wheels to be perfect. what i dont get with a bargain repair they still want me to document everything first before the pay for the damages. at that price i did't expect that they would still need such documentation. its not that i can't pay for the repair but i believe im already being too nice not to have the wheel replaced. now have to wait for every reply to my message and the intervals of every message is getting longer and longer. now their service just sucks. they are being difficult and unprofessional i think i should be entitled more than just the repair.

here are the proof. see in the videos that the inside of the lip is also damaged which proves that it wasn't the courier but the mounting that damaged it. the scratch is not only a scratch but also a dent that needs to be sanded down.

They were definitely damaged when mounted...

these are vorsteiner and the tax importing in my country cost 1200usd+

sorry to hear about your bad experience, I personally had a great experience with them. And LOL to that guy that posted "BBS Reps" looks like someone needs to learn their logos.
