Pres odometer reset button without key insert, then when you keep pressing put in the key , hiddden menu should appear on bc, then release button and press it again till 'KI TEST" appear, realese button and press it again, test should perform

Test passed on rest of gauges instead rev ?? If so there are two possibilities bad and good
Good: is that you need to take of cluster and check if needle is proper in its side) Very bad : you need to buy and code new cluster and thats quite expensive ;/ |

Yes you can but thats not low money change -im not speaking about coding casue that will be quite cheap comparing to buy new cluster. Try to do as much as you can with your old needle maybe you can fix it!

They get stored in ECU. But you would need to get new odometer coded, so that it can have mileage of your car.
