WHATS DAMPING AND NON DAMPING Coilovers
Whats The Difference From Damping & Non-Damping Coilovers? I Live In Fl The Roads Are Fair I Have A E90 335i Sedan 08 74k miles I Want To Get These http://www.ecstuning.com/BMW-E90-335...vers/ES248193/

FK are budget coils. you will get flamed if you buy these, but go for it lol.
Dampening means its dampening adjustable, you can control the rebound of the coilover for a stiffer or softer ride. Non dampening means you cant adjust it. it is how it is... |

huh, I know the old FK's use koni sport inserts, which are pretty good shocks/struts. Not sure if these use the same type of insert though. They are probably very cheap because they aren't very popular, but I remember they used to cost considerably more than that.

Pretty much. Some coilovers allow you to adjust the damping, affecting the ride quality. Others have preset damping.
