FK are budget coils. you will get flamed if you buy these, but go for it lol.

Dampening means its dampening adjustable, you can control the rebound of the coilover for a stiffer or softer ride.

Non dampening means you cant adjust it. it is how it is...

huh, I know the old FK's use koni sport inserts, which are pretty good shocks/struts. Not sure if these use the same type of insert though. They are probably very cheap because they aren't very popular, but I remember they used to cost considerably more than that.

Pretty much. Some coilovers allow you to adjust the damping, affecting the ride quality. Others have preset damping.
