I am selling a sport steering wheel came directly from my 09' E92 335i. The steering wheel is in good condition. There are only 2 small spots of damages which I show on the pictures.

It also comes with the cover and paddles (Including harness)

How difficult would it be to retrofit paddles into a car that doesn't come with them?

Sorry. I have no idea. But the paddles come with the steering wheel. If your car fit this steering wheel you have no problem to use these paddles.
