My BBS LM rep project UPDATED W/ PICS

Just picked these up today.

best reps i've found so far.

look ma, no concavity! and a step lip!

they will be entirely powdercoated 'asphalt black' (MATTE matte black)

can't decide, however, if i should remove the bolts or powdercoat those too...?

Nice wheels, but black SUCKS!!!! IMO

I have a brand new pair of Black Tennis shoes for you as well. Or was it a new set of Black Mechanic boots.

They look good. Did you get these from subydude?

I'm not sure how you can remove the bolts from a 1pc wheel though.

Yes, thats the great part about lm reps. They are a 1 pc wheel designed to look like a 3 pc so the bolts are individually screwed into holes drilled onto the wheel. It really helps to pull off the effect.

Really now? Like BoostedBMW, I thought all the 'cheaper' wheels have the rivets just for looks and are not actually functional.

yes they are staggered 18's. call me crazy but i like the way they look versus the 19s. had 19's on my e46, been there and done that. once they're painted it won't really matter to me.

They have drilled holes and full nut and bolt hardware all around. No plastic rivets or false bolts in these wheels.

Got them from Bob at Euro Wheels USA (http://stores.ebay.com/euro-wheels-usa) which is located in Arizona, so I ordered them over the phone from him and picked them up same day locally from Roy at the ALT Wheel warehouse in Brea.

That's pretty cool... I never knew that. Thanks for the info.

Well, I guess they still aren't functional since they aren't holding anything together, but they definitely do look good.

Hey Does that Ebay seller have good quality reps? Do you trust them?

I think I might get some 22's for my Range and they are 1,199 for a set, kinda sketch for some 22's son.

I have a set of the Alt/Miro's from **********s.. Happy with the quality but one rim got messed up when I got rear ended. You will not be disappointed with these reps. I even received a compliment from a real BBS LM owner..
