Question Take your pick: BMW of Bellevue, Seattle or NW

My car is due for service for the first time not sure which one to take it in to. I had some work done on my old 328i done at bmw of Bellevue and didn't really like them SA was alright but didn't care for them. Which would you pick to service your car and why? What are your experiences with them? My car has a dci intake, this shouldn't void the warranty but do you guys think any one of these dealerships would hassle me over it? My cars warranty is not up for a very long time so I plan on going to one and sticking with it!

thanks

Based on the occasional thread with this very question, I've heard that Seattle is generally better, and generally a little more mod friendly. I've seen a couple of users with bad stories from Bellevue.

Since BMW of Bellevue is closer and we purchased all the cars from them, so i usually do all my service BMW of Bellevue. BMW of Seattle provides great service as well.

I've done 4 through NW, so that's where they go into service unless I just cant make it there. Always have a loaner waiting for me.

Always taken mine to the seattle store, never had a problem and they have always taken care of me !

Well I had a problem with them coding my alarm to my old car but after they got it to work the gave me a huge discount on the coding.

BMW of Seattle SA's seemed pretty relaxed and are mod friendly.

BMW Seattle is where its at! Not sure of what my SA's name was, but he was super friendly. Wore the BMW vest if that helps...not really...

BMW Seattle is at least very friendly and courteous. I've worked with two SAs, and both were very respectful if anything. I've only been to BMW Bellevue for a test drive and haven't been back ever since -- sort of off topic but they wanted outrageous prices on USED 328s around Christmas time last year.

BMW of Seattle and BMW NW has been my choice. Heard horrible things about Bellevue...

I've always been very willing to recommend my SA, Tony Alongi @ Seattle. I just saw him today to drop off my e90 and got a 335d loaner. You might have to schedule a week+ out for a loaner, but they'll take care of you.

*side note - there were several douche bags in the waiting lounge area throwing a tantrum about something that SOUNDED stupid. if it was important, i apologize. but if it wasn't, stop acting like an entitled prick just because you drive a bimmer. it's only a bimmer, not a friggin ferrari, lambo, or even bentley. truly rich people are confident in their wealth and usually don't flaunt it. it's the aspiring and envious that wanna front. fake it til u make it, right?!?! jeezus flippin krist....

I took mine into Seattle for the first service as I've also heard horror stories about Bellevue. Everyone was friendly & courteous. The only issue I had was the porters were on nap time when they called to bring my car around so I wound up waiting almost 30 mins to get my car. After alerting the SA, he gave me a free "detail" for the trouble. I don't plan on using it but I appreciate the gesture.

Cant say anything bad about TONY Alongi at SeattleBMW; Tony is one of the best SA's in the Northwest in my opinion. A intake shouldn't be a problem, tell him Hunter recommended him and says hi! Also ask to see him so you don't get stuck talking to someone else, they always drag you in - this is very good trait of a dealership, but sometimes annoying in my opinion.

Another vote for Tony Alongi at BMW Seattle! Very friendly and helpful. Wasn't impressed the one time I went to Bellevue. BMW NW was pretty good when I went there, but I've only been a couple of times since it is so far from me.

I have heard some of the worst stories about Bellevue BMW (damage to car or work not being done) I won't go there unless I have no choice and I have to drive around it to get to Seattle. Had OK experiences there and pretty good experiences at Seattle.

I am extremely picky about where I take my car for any kind of service so I'll probably never be truly happy at either, but I would seriously stay away from the Bellevue location. I've not heard a good rating for them from anyone period. Just plain awful experiences.

I've never been to the one in Seattle, but always go to the one in Bellevue and I have full bolt ons. They never say anything about my intercooler, exhaust, intakes, one time I even left a JB4 in and they still never said anything about it. It really just depends on who you get as your service adviser. I recommend Michael, advoid Allison. There's been 2 times where I had to get brake pads replaced, they always try to say that the pads weren't worn out and tried blaming it on my wheels or coilovers messing with the sensors. Turns out the pads really were worn out so I never did have to pay a dime.
