Eibach or H&R?

I want you to tell me what are the best springs for my e92 320i m-pack with 19 rims.
Eibach sportline or h&r super sport?

I'd start from changing shocks (kony Yellow or Bilstein B8), then springs. You will ride on bumpstops with zsp shocks and -50 springs.

I will start with springs and later with shocks.
What is your opinion about springs between of them?

H&r for the ideal drop imo!

The timing of this post is great. Wondering the same thing. I read that the eibachs are a little softer than the H&R's. My car is new but I hate the handling of my E93. For a $60K car the ride is awful. Thinking the only solution is springs and shocks. So am looking at 3 options:
1. Eibachs springs for now ~$350
2. Eibachs and Koni FSD's. ~1200
3. A coil over like H&R Street comforts. ~$1650

I may do M3 rear bushings at the same time. Already have control arms and will but on this summer.

Be very to hear the experience of others.
Thanks, ML

H&R sport is the perfect drop IMO. I have been on H&R Sport + Koni Yellows for about 3 years now. Great combo!

I should say I'm not a person looking to slam or drop my car, but if it's a little lower great. Mostly looking for better handling without sacrificing comfort for a aggressive daily driver..

I have some Eibach sports waiting to be put on, and ordering Koni yellows. I had Eibach on my last car and loved the ride.

Anxious to hear what everyone else says.

I have an E90 with the Eibach Pro Kit complimented by Knoi Yellows. Also replaced F/R bump stops based on additional info I found in this forum.

Subtle drop (one finger between fender and top of wheel) Just right for me and I like the ride (also have non-RFTs)

If I can offer one word of advice... no matter what you decide to do (Coil over, springs/shock, etc...), save up and do it right the first time. Don't just do the springs because you'll be replacing the stock shocks quickly after that and IMO it'll ride like garbage.

Check out SWIFT springs as well. They are linear, not progressive like H&R, and give a great ride quality even on stock shocks. Add Konis later for a great combination! Check out some of the reviews, everyone is happy with them so far!

Well, springs must be matched to shocks. Little point in getting springs matched to stock shocks, unless, only mild improvement is wanted.

Cant really say as ive not used eibach. H&r sport dont slam the car, they just give a really nice drop to get rid of the arch gap but still maintain good daily use.
