I had my front off for 2 yrs when I had wisco plate... never had a problem here or up there.

i got a front plate ticket in chicago a couple months ago.. i tried to contest it but it failed, so ended up paying them $100.

Plus, I contested another front plate ticket in Boone County (Belvidere, IL) today. They dismissed my ticket so, im good to go.

They do have a law that should be passing soon, but I dont know when that will happen.
