help with suspension?
What would be the best for me to get for my car that does not have zsp. I would like to maybe get some 19s and to do so i will have to lower my car. Which has the most comfortable ride with no crazy drop that still handles good? I have stock non sport suspension no matter what i put on i am sure it will be better. Please help as i have never needed to buy a suspension kit before.

Get coilovers so you can decide on drop..do not just get springs or even a spring/shock combo kit. Lots of options...I really like my Bilstein PSS9 coilovers...but the KW Variant 2 and Variant 3 seem pretty liked here. Watch out for lowering your car and getting doing a plus one/plus two upgrade to 19" wheels. If you are not careful..you can get a wheel with an offset that doesnt work well with a lowered suspension car.

I'd say go coilovers , I'd say go with the KW V2's personal top pick. Bilstein PSS9's a good option. Or if you are just going with springs then you'd be looking at the H&R Sport springs according to what you said, again not my choice but a good short term solution.

If you just changed the springs you would have crappy handling since the stock shocks are not strong enough to handle it.

If you really want to enjoy the most out of your car, and have the most flexibility, go with the KW coilovers. They are one of the best out there for the money, and you can't go wrong with them. You will not be disappointed with them.

Everyone loves KW in this fourm. I guess because there are many KW sellers in here, but also everyone satisfied with the set.
I got Non-zsp 328i too and I really hated how car roll every turn and driving in high speed. I regret everyday that I didnt got Sport PKG. I think this was the biggest mistake that I made with my car. Anyway, KW was the solution for me. I also recommand you to go with KW, I think thats the best and first thing you should do with your car. Since there are really good vendors in this fourm, you don't need to waste time around. Thanks to them

I think the PSS9s can go pretty low, from my experience with E36s and PSS9s. Not exactly sure on the exact height for the E90/2s though.

Yup... very low. My E46 is on the lowest setting. You can see how tucked my wheels are on my E46 in my garage.
