His head should be more vertically downward, thus creating a gravitational force pulling blood flow to collaborate in the forehead. Please disregard my inaccuracies, my touchpad is unforgiving when drawing lines and circles.

He is angry because he has been redrawn in 10 positions now and just wants to finish.

LOL, thank you. I noticed someone kept saying "hands on hips", but that is too much of what a woman would want. You can't let them think they have any right to make a decision, they get big headed that way.

The hands on the hips keeps her in place. It prevents her from leaning too far to one side.
