I have a couple questions concerning a purchase of a 2006 330I NON certified

1) Does the warranty cover a non-certified bmw not purchased form BMW
2) The Standard BMW warranty is 4 yrs /50000mls?
3) Would I qualify for a loaner at no charge when the car is being serviced?
4) What is covered under warranty assuming that nothing has been modified in the car?


I have these questions because twice in 1 month the Idrive and display do not bootup, black screen, no music, nothing. I tried 3 finger reboot, still nothing. After waiting for about 5 min with the key off, all back to normal.

Any help would be appreciated.
