Does anyone have a straight piped 328i around oc?

i would really appreciate haering it, i never considered straight pipe but from what i can tell from videos it doesn't seem too crazy actually.. but i would like to hear the drone in the cabin before i pull the trigger.

so with that said, if anyone has a straight piped / muffler deleted 328i around OC i would love to met up and hear it if you're willing! in and out on me!

I have 2ndary cat deletes and res delete but my muffler is something verrryyy different lol if you come to the next 562 meet, ill be more than glad to show you

sweet, do you happen to know if you pass smog with your secondary cats gone? when is the 562 meet?

bump, got my active autowerkes muffler on but want to go louder, debating doing a muffler delete again, anyone local have a car with muffler delete that I can hear in person please?

Maybe delete the secondary cats? or headers?

yep it's nice and deep but I want louder, I thought about messing with the cats or headers but don't want to deal with smog issues

Oh gotcha! I don't want to deal with emissions either, but my father knows a guy who works at a smog station so I'm going the route of buying headers and tuning it and calling it a day. I guess maybe find someone who works at a smog station that let's you pass or something?

I did offer one local guy to try my straight mid-pipes. Try it on and he'll pay install/uninstall price if he liked or didn't like it. For local guys I'm cool with them paying me $100 every 2 weeks or whatever. But just cut off your 2nd cats and resonator, don't add the muffler. I did that set up for 2 weeks. PLENTY loud, backfire gurgle was constant above 2k, driving around Safeway parking lot got people's attention in a good way. If I don't pass smog I'll go to ^^^ that guy's shop since he's local, since you're in socal ask FLOSS to hook you up and pass.

my m3 was running rich and I couldn't find any shop to hook it up so I got scared of dealing with emissions
