That is false statement and lack of understanding of Paypal's TOS. To all the buyers, read carefully what is covered or not! Paypal has the worst track record in getting money back.

If you want to ensure yourself. Use credit card option via Paypal to purchase the item so you can do a charge back to the seller's account if the transaction doesn't go too well.

Google all fraud/paypal issues to 3rd world countries. There are plethora of issues and losing $.

And also, the ONLY way the seller cannot withdraw the funds immediately upon receipt is if the transaction is done thru escrow - wherein buyer sends $$ to company which holds the money until the buyer receives the item, and responds to escrow agent that all is OK with the transaction - the escrow agent then sends the $$ on the the seller.

If done by regular PayPal - seller can withdraw the funds immediately upon them being cleared in his account - before you even see the parts...

paypal is have many Head office in many country.

paypal in my country is support by paypal singapore.

in my country if you withdraw the $$$ before shipping to customer.

100% account is limit access.

i think paypal is the best way.

I am with you there. Glad that a box arrived for Ghines. I really want to hear it worked so we can add Cothazia to our list of people to do business with - Just too many horror stories on Thai e-bay transactions to be comfortable....
