No, the one on ebay has been proven to be too short by about 1 inch on each side. If you search around e90post for pictures, a few members bought it and has photos of the edges being off.

thanks law... and yes, it's NOT the one off of ebay, this is actually a longtran product, lol... i bought it off another member, had it painted at my local shop (oem bmw jet black paint) and voila...
