9CD0 and 9CCF Diagnostic code errors...

After using the BMWhat app for iOS for several weeks now, I decided to do a latest Diagnostic check after work and it came up with only the following 2 errors:

So I did a reset and it then came up with 4 errors:

No idea why?!!?

So I did a further reset and then it went back to the first 2 errors:

So not sure what is going on?

Does anyone know what 9CD0 and 9CCF are? Both mirrors are working 100% and my passenger mirror dips when in reverse perfectly fine as well. Also, anyone know why I got the seat errors?

They were not there when I did my last update about 4 weeks ago.

Would really like to clear them down or get it sorted, preferably by one of the Indy's who are on this forum.

Thanks

OP, did you ever sort this out? I'm having the exact same 2 error codes. Mirror works fine
9CD0: Drive, mirror, driver's side, faulty
9CCF:Communication with LIN operator unit disturbed

Thanks

In addition to this I get 2B13 in the DME which is speed recording sensor. Research revealed it's always related to battery.

Reading the 2B13 code in ISTA shows mine being triggered at 9.5 and 9.3 volts and always seems to be at startup.

I followed the below video to get a digital read out of my battery. I did 2 measurements. With engine running which was above 14v which is fine but with ignition off it was fluctuating between at 11.9 and 12.0.

The battery is 5-6 years old and I'm betting it's on its way out due to the 11.9 reading. I think anything below 12.0 can start causing strange behaviour.

Have ordered a new battery and hoping it fixes the 2b13 as this is causing CEL and hope it takes care of the mirror errors.

UPDATE: New battery has solved the 2B13 speed sensor error in DME causing my CEL. Idle Volts on new battery is 12.6+ volts.

Unfortunatly it has not solve the 9CD0 and 9CCF error codes but I'm less worried as car functions fine and I'm not getting the CEL from the battery.
