Yea man body work gets expensive, once you factor in panel replacments, paint jobs and labor it totally adds up.
Good luck. Hopefully it turns out well!

Quick update. Here picking up my car and wow I'm impressed. Can almost not even tell anything happened to the door. I will post an after album in an hour or so soon as I get back to the house.

R & R Dent Removal in Chandler on Chandler Blvd. Bryan took care of me here when a couple other places didn't even bother replying to my email estimate request. He's good people.

^Wow that looks really good!

As for the meet and greet....I'm thinking October 18th, what do you guys think?

Weather should have cooled down by then and we could do a late morning drive to Tortilla Flats, then have a BBQ at my place so everybody can hang out, chat, check out cars and so on.

Definitely open to other ideas if you guys have suggestions.

Once we get it nailed down, I'll make it official and post on the rest of the boards as well.

Thanks,
Steve

Wow looks like it turned out better than expected! That is some top flight work. Are you as satisfied with it in person?

So I haven't even been here a month and now my company might want me to relocate back to Philadelphia (corporate). Sounds like my current position and department is about to go through some "changes" and they are having me interview for a new position.

So I may be at a crossroads...stay here and find something in the Valley or back to the cold, mucky northeast. If I stay I definitely want to start getting together with you guys out here. I should know this week what the future entails.

to be continued...

^where do you work...just curious as I also work in Chandler.

Who is getting a new inline pump installed in an E90? I just dropped a kit off at Mak Auto today. Is it one of you?

I work in marketing for technology and B2B. Right now I am a Product Marketing Director but they want me to go there to take over running the Online and Social channels. I am just not a big fan of Philadelphia at all. I have started to put my feelers out here and will probably have to decide this week.

Wow I'm sorry to hear about what happened to your car. I hate people...it bothers me how many people I personally know have been hit and run like that.

It looks like your car is fixing up nicely though! I'll keep that shop in mind if I ever have trouble, since it's close to where I live.

Count me in, that sounds fun and I haven't done that drive in a long time.

I won't be driving crazy on the road to canyon. We had a caravan of cars whipping around the turns there (about 6-7 years ago) and one of the guys drove off the road. I'm not young and stupid anymore

What did you end up deciding to do?

Last time I ran that road was on an R1...met the most bone headed cop ever! We had quite the chat.

Anyway...it's a fun road and certainly isn't the time (Saturday) or place to try and push it.

We could always change those plans and do the meet and greet and then go to the Pavilions if people would rather do that.

I'm flexible.

If we really want to do a road trip with some decent roads we could do Jerome....Had a "chat" with the second most bone headed cop in the state on that one.

Well...funny you should ask. I just declined the offer when I got back to town on Monday. Just wasn't enticing and nobody in their right mind wants to move to Philly. I will be staying in the Valley and I already may have the inside line on a potential opportunity here next week.

am down for either or both. Now that I am committed to staying it'll be nice to get out and meet some of you local guys. I finally have time to replace the low fuel pressure sensor so I can get accurate readings on how the inline pump has helped. The only thing I have noticed is that I can floor it in 4th or 5th and I get some sort of hesitation or clunking for a brief second. It isn't the DTC coming on and it wasn't present before the backend flash. Hopefully accurate logs will finally be able to shed some light on it.

Don't know who is the cheapest but you can look up either

Goodspeed Performance in Scottsdale (DP's here they bill 2hrs @ 99/hr)
or Vivid Racing in Mesa (not sure what the bill will be like here)

Definitely get the LPFP sensor replaced.

Post up logs so we can see what's going on.

2 hrs and $200 for DP install is pretty dang cheap for a shop and I'd venture to say a bit optimistic...unless we are talking an N55.

Any shop I chose...I'd question a bit and see what their specific experience is. Most I have talked to, are not very knowledgeable about this platform.

I'll vouche for goodspeed cause they did my dp/fmic install. They may have billed me less hours cause it was the dp and fmic install 2 hrs each for total 4 hrs @ $99 per. Greg was the sales rep that helped me and he was very knowledgeable and their techs are too they did a great job on it.

BTW, I'm on the Aggressive map now.

Is anyone using COBB's e30 map with our 91ACN? I've been running Aggressive but since it's for 93 I'm basically using e30 so that's why I ask. I guess I could just try it

On aggressive with e30 I am getting tons of trimming. I've modified the fuel scalar in Tuner and I'm a test it out tomorrow. That's what got me thinking I should just use the e30 map though.

Yeah i know. I'm more asking if our 91 for the 91 part is good enough to support the map. So just wondering if you guys have had to use e35-e40 to make up for the shitty 91.

Anyone in the Phoenix area have access to a garage/tools that can help me install my exhaust on my e90? Just moved to the area and unfortunately don't have any tools or jacks
