KW V3 height adjustment problem

I decided to change the height on my KW V3 this afternoon and ran into a problem. When I crank on the wrench, not only does the female part turn, but the threaded part rotates as well resulting in a net change of zero. Anyone else have this problem?

I had the same problem with my rear TEIN coilovers. I had to keep the spring and threaded part from turning using a rubber strap wrench... it was a real PITA.

Hadn't thought of that solution. I will give it a try this coming weekend. Thanks.
