Maybe he could work on getting back to people who have paid him money. He then just disappears. It's not good customer service.

Anyone have MORR's phone number since he doesn't respond to PM's or E-mails?

In the interest of full disclosure, Carlos made me an extremely generous offer to compensate me for the ordeal. And that's the mark a good businessman. I applaud him for that.

I'm just surprised at the unusually long time it takes for some things to get done.

Carlos,

I received the tracking number on the 8th but was concerned that it was not showing a departure scan.

I just checked w/ UPS again and it appears that departure scan occured yesterday so we're all set.

Thanks!

Thank you, Carlos. They're beautiful.

275 Generals on the rear, which only seem to work since I'm 4 x 4'in non-ZSP.

I was just taking a stroll down memory lane and remembered this b.s.

And you guessed it, over a year and a half later I'm still waiting for Carlos to make good on his "generous offer to compensate me".

What a joke. He did, however, get me to shut up at the time. So shame on me.

Holy shit, appalling customer service.

Wow. Hopefully some resolution is agreed upon.

Quite convenient that anything requiring effort or expense on your part is forgotten.

Seriously, what a clown. I realize that I'm bitching over $800 replica wheels but your attempts to parade around like a legitimate business person infuriate me.

To compensate me for my ordeal, you promised me a set of replica wheels from your "soon to be produced" BMW replica line.

Looks like you waited just long enough for me to return my lease and pick up a non-BMW ride.

Again, thx for nothing.
