I luv that rear! Kinda looks like my rear, but I have the Dukes Dynamics CSL trunk If that trunk could be adjusted I say hit up Long and see what he can do. If not then don't worry too much on it. Your car looks great man.

This is Floss's old ride, right?

Needs some rims and a drop and you're good to go.

the trunk wasn't completely closed in one of the shots that I took. though it is still slightly off when fully closed, it's really not too bad IMO. just barely off... anyways, thanks for your input

Could be you didnt close the trunk tightly.
If you did, it's an easy fix though.

if you open the trunk, you'll see 2 plastic extension screws, I dont know what they're called, but they adjust how your trunk sits.
In your case, screw them in a bit so your trunk can sit a tad further down & the tail lights will align perfectly.
yeah, I see what you're talking about now. I'm going to try to do that tomorrow and see if it resolves the problem. if not, not too big of a deal IMO either since i still like how it looks regardless. it's not too noticeable, especially in person. thanks for the advice!! i'll let you know how it goes!

get that trunk and do it ASAP!! I waited on mine for the longest time and I gotta say, I should have pulled the trigger a longgggg time ago. I love it!

in one of the pics the trunk was not closed properly, which I know for a fact. however, in person it's definitely not too noticeable. it's only very very veryyyyy slightly off.

n ya get the trunk adjusted asap.

also since u've spent all this time n money 2 make ur e90 look like this, u should do the same 4 ur wheels.
imo its the most important n difficult decision, so take ur time n dont settle 4 less.
thanks so much for the kind compliments! encouragement is always nice to hear! I definitely agree. that's another reason why I still haven't gotten a new set of wheels yet, because I'd rather do it once and do it right! for now, these stockies will have to do I suppose??

Here is Darren's

I've noticed that too. When I was at LTBMW I took a look at a couple of trunks that were already installed there, including yours, in person and noticed that all of them were just very slightly off. also, for the record, this is in fact Darren's old trunk I just got it painted and put on.

^agreed. unfortunately this is just the sad truth... I haven't actually seen too many amuse trunks around for whatever reason, so I'm not able to comment on that but regardless of the minor fitment issues, I still love mine Nobody can deny that James' old set of wheels were a very sick setup, but unfortunately I just didn't have the means to afford them at the time.

hopefully this is the case! If the fitment can be adjusted to line up perfectly, I'll be an even happier camper than I am already

I love your car! I've seen multiple pics of it here and there and I have to say, it looks wonderful thanks for the compliments! means a lot, especially from a guy whose car I admire so much already

perhaps you're right about that haha. the CCW stickers were already on the car when I purchased it and i just never really took them off.. 1013MM? well, I personally don't mind advertising for the best automotive photographer out there the performance sticker will come off soon though, definitely. hahaha

OP, I took a pic of the plastic screws/knobs that I was talking about earlier.
In your case, screw them in a bit.
hope that will work
