Came top of the Nov 11 Autoexpress test: http://www.autoexpress.co.uk/product...bs_tested.html i thought the review on Depo on here seems quite good. I do get your point about not being as good as OEM..but then the OEMs are not brilliant

I sent few questions to the seller of the stuff (link in first post by OP) and following is the answer.
FYI Hi, thanks for your enquiry. To answer your questions: 1- Are these straight fit to E90? (no wiring alteration) No wiring modifications are required. 2- Also what sort of bulbs should be used with halo rings? 3- Are those like parking side lamps or different bulb? 4- Are those two for each halo ring or one should lit both? Halo rings have non user-replaceable white LED rings. 5- Do they become misty or foggy after use? Condensation can occur in any lights, even original equipment units. It occurs due to moisture in the air inside the light and not because of any fault with the lights themselves. It is more common in cold wet weather. Condensation is not accepted as a valid reason for a warranty return by lighting manufacturers. - ggpautostyling |

Only did a quick search, seems they are not as good as compared to BMW Xenons (which you would expect)...i imagine with h7 +100's they are as good as standard as they are just projector units...guess you would have to test

Ah, looks like I missed a little bit here! I haven't tried the lights I originally linked to (I was a bit hesitant to).
I would prefer LCI halogens and upgrade the ring lights, but with a rough budget of about £300 I doubt that'll happen? I don't really want to drop any more on lights when I have no problems with my current halogens, and am just upgrading for aesthetic reasons! |

Would you really get a drop in performance with depo projector lights and some good bulbs? Can't see it really. The halogens as standard arent amazing, I can't see Depo's with good bulbs being any worse?

I agree and think they'd probably work OK with decent bulbs. They look cheap and nasty though, imho.

i think the Depo's look good (as long as they have the OEM background, not black)
Suppose you need to see a pic with them side by side to the proper BM jobbies.
