Wooden interior tim question

Hello from the Netherlands!
I just became an owner of a nice E90 bmw montego blue with beige interior!

I want to change the interior trim from alluminium to wood.
I found some wooden trims on ebay.

What I was wondering.. are there different shades of wood used in the E90 interioir?

I want exactly this wooden trim:

When I do some research on ebay,
the only shade of wood I find is this one:

Is this the same shade ? or is this a different wood colour?
Im my opnion this is a lot darker than the in the first picture.
Or maybe it's just the photo.

Many thanks!!!

Top pic looks different to me, my 2011 328i has option "S4AB - Fine wood trim burr walnut" and it looks just like the second pic in your original post.

I can't tell if that first pic is just weird lighting or if its truly different. It does look different though.

BTW, I'm with you. I personally prefer the wood over the glacier. I think the glacier makes the interior look similar to a camry/corolla/generic japanese car or something, it just looks really cheap. Plus, with the smooth finish of the wood trim, I can wrap it literally any color I want, but I won't cause it already looks good!

EDIT: I found another pic of the trim I think you want. This is definitely different than the trim I have.

EDIT 2 : After further research I think what you want is option "4AC - Smoke grey poplar wood trim" ------- http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=3534

I agree 100%; it looks plastic to me. It took me about six weeks to find the car I wanted, but when I was shopping I told the dealer "Don't come to me with anything that doesn't have wood interior trim. Silver, brushed aluminum, and carbon fiber are deal-breakers."

I think you might have them reversed. I have walnut and mine looks exactly like the second (darker) picture.

Actually, I'm pretty sure you have them reversed. The first pic looks exactly like mine and mine decodes to:

S4AC Fine wood trim Poplar woodgrain

The first one is the poplar, the second looks more like a walnut to me.

I also agree that the wood grain looks much more high end than aluminum or carbon fiber.
