how would i wash these?
i have a sheepskin wash mitt and a microfiber waffle weave drying towel. i never put them in the washer or dryer. just washed it with warm water and let it air dry.
how are you really supposed to keep these clean?

I use Detailed Image microfiber concentrate for my towels in the washing machine....works great. I even use it for my sheepskin mits: I pour about 1/2 once into a small bucket and submerge my mits....I let them soak for about 20-30 minutes, then I rub them down with my hands. I then rinse in clean water....ring them out a bit, then place them on some small orange cones that I have for drying (you can simply lay them flat and flip them if you want).
Don't forget on the mits to clean them up right after washing your car....I rub mine several times across my bucket's grit gaurd, then rinse with the hose. Then I do the above. Also, just so you know, I'm not a pro....I am more of a "intermediate" detailer.....but I will say my mits look like their brand new every time.

For the wash mits you can put them in the washer on the gentle cycle and let air dry. I think there's a special detergent for microfibers although I've never used it. If you don't buy that, just get scent/dye free detergent.

Wash the micro fibers by them selves and just use soap for normal cleaning, no fabric soffener or anything like that. If they are covered in wax add a cup of vinegar to the wash and it will remove the products very nicely.
You should never have to wash the mit as it should be clean, just rinse off with the hose and the water you use to clean the car should clean it too.

I don't know about that. From my experience you can rinse the sh!t out of a mitt in a bucket of car wash, and then put it in a sinkfull of warm dawn and make the water look like mud.
